On March 15 we will be at Zynodoa Restaurant in historic downtown Staunton for a beer pairing dinner with Charlottesville's Champion Brewery. The AOF smoker will be out on the street smoking some Patterson's Registered Berkshires™ for Executive Chef Travis Terry's spicy tacos that will be paired with Champion's Black Springs Dark Lager. Zynodoa was our very first customer and it continues to be a pleasure to work with them.
