Autumn Olive Farms “On The Fly”

Dodgeball Tournament

The tournament is open to any restaurant, butcher shop, or brewery in the Richmond metro area. This is a community event to support Richmond’s food service industry.

Our goals are to create an event that is a day of outrageous fun, unity and relief for food industry workers, families and friends. At the same time we are using the event to launch and begin raising money for The Holli Fund.

The Holli Fund is a nonprofit organization inspired by Hollister Lindley, a long-time Richmond restaurant supporter with background in the hospitality industry. Lindley, who suffered from ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease and passed away on November 3rd, 2017, always hoped to give back to the industry which gave so much to her. This organization is set on carrying out her wish.

We hope to see you there and build on this to make it a great event for years to come.

The Holli Fund Mission Statement:

The Holli Fund provides financial assistance/resources to an elected restaurant industry employee (without proper health insurance) in the Metro Richmond and surrounding restaurant communities who needs help covering living expenses while recovering from an accident or illness of which occurred in/or as a result of restaurant work.

The Holli Fund’s intent is a direct grant whose purpose will supplement basic living expenses/emergency assistance for the injured restaurant worker in need.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW:

There will be a limited number of teams, so it will be first come, first serve.

Event Details:

  • Only 1 team per restaurant/business.

  • 6 players per game with as many alternates as you want to enter.

  • Pre-Registration Only. So we can have time to play instead of filling out paperwork on the day of the event!

  • Each individual team member register online and acknowledge the waiver in order to play.

  • River City Sports and Social Club will be running the tournament. Tournament rules and details will be emailed to each team member prior to the tournament.

  • Location: 7505 Ranco Road, Richmond

Costume Contest: We will have a parade of teams and each team is encouraged to dress in costumes to compete for a very unique trophy.

We are excited to have The Veil Brewing Company, Cobra Burger, Intergalatic Tacos and Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches as our food vendors and sponsors!

There will also be a limited number of spectator tickets available and those will go on sale March 10th -17th.
